Ingredients

• 1 kilo small or medium-sized new potatoes
• 1 l water
• 1 tsp coarse salt
• 200 g white cheese blocks
• 250 g green asparagus in approx. 4 cm pieces
• 1½ tbsp dijon mustard
• 1½ tbsp white wine vinegar
• ½ dl water
• 2 tbsp colza oil
• 2 tbsp thyme leaves
• ¾ tsp fine salt
• freshly ground pepper
• 300 g thawed frozen extra-fine peas
• 1 finely chopped white onion
• 400 g turkey steaks
• 200 g baguettes
