Ingredients

• 1 octopus (approx. 1.2 kg, ready to cook)
• 300 g ciabatta
• 8 tbs olive oil
• 2 tbs dried Italien herbs
• 150 g mixed cocktail tomatoes
• 50 g black pitted olives
• 1 red onion
• 1 garlic
• 1 / 2 bunch basil
• 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbs lemon juice
• salt, pepper
