• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup buttermilk or sour milk*
• 2 cups HERSHEY’S Mini Chips Semi-Sweet Chocolate (12-oz. pkg.)
• 2 cups walnuts or pecans, chopped
