Chill creamy peach cheesecake filling with gelatin and evaporated milk, then pour into crust and chill 3 hours for a refreshing treat!
Ingredients
- 1 & 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 6 oz. small can evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 lb. can or 2 & 1/2 cups sliced peaches, drained (save syrup)
- 1 & 1/2 tsp plain gelatine
- 3oz pkg cream cheese
- few drops lemon juice
