• 6 large tomatillos, tops and ends trimmed then sliced half inch thick
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• 1/3 cup water
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1 cup panko
• 1 Tbsp. Phillips Blackening Seasoning
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
