• 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup Butter, cubed
• 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
• 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
• 3 cups Milk
• 1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 8 cups thinly sliced peeled Potatoes
• 3 1/2 cups fully cooked Ham, cubed
• 2 cups White Cheddar
