Maple Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup grass-fed butter (softened)
• 3/4 cup Rapadura (or Sucanat)
• 1/2 cup maple syrup (Grade B)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 organic or pastured eggs
• 4 cups sprouted spelt flour (*)
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
