Mini Raspberry Cheesecakes | BujiPH

Ingredients

• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1/3 cup almond flour
• 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 6 Tablespoons cold butter
• 8 ounce package of cream cheese, room temperature
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 Tablespooons heavy cream
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 Tablespoons good quality jam, warmed a bit and stirred until smooth (we used raspberry)
