• 2 rounds cheddar cheese (1 pound each), each sliced into 6 wedges
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 3/4 cup fine, seasoned breadcrumbs
• 4 cups fresh, young spinach leaves
• 1 pint fresh-picked strawberries, washed, stemmed and quartered
• 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
• 3/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
• 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
• 1/4 cup olive oil
