- 3 whole eggs + 1 egg white
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- The juice and grated zest of one unwaxed lemon
- 1 vanilla bean
- 100g or 1/2 cup melted butter
- 50g or 2 1/3 Tbsp cane sugar
- 125g or 1/2 cup + 2 small Tbsp flour
- 150g or 1/2 cup + 2 1/3 Tbsp powdered sugar
- Poppy seeds (optional)
