• 2 cups natural unsweetened Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise or aioli
• 1 cup finely chopped parsley
• 1 tsp each of freshly ground black pepper and salt
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper or chilli powder
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• 1 lemon, juice of
• ½ cup pickled capers
• 2 cups sliced gherkins
