• 2 tsp seasoned salt of choice (or to taste)
• black pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 yellow onion, chopped
• 12 oz sliced mushrooms
• 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
• 1 qt beef stock (about 4 cups)
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 4 Sprigs thyme
• 12 oz egg noodles, prepared according to package instructions
• sour cream (optional as topping or add 1/2 cup to make beef stroganoff)
