Ingredients

• 1 dl Wholemeal rye flour
• 1 dl Lettkogte oatmeal
• 10—12 dl Wheat flour
• 2 tsp Salt
• 2 tbsp Soybean oil
• 3 dl Hot water
• 4 dl Skimmed milk
• 50 g Yeast
• 6 dl Coarse whole grain wheat flour
