  • 1/2 cup (60g) sweet glutinous rice flour
  • 5 tablespoons (62g) granulated sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 cup (60g) coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons (43g) milk, whole preferred
  • 1 tablespoon (14g) unsalted butter, melted
