• 1 tsp fresh coriander
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1/2 red onion

• 200 mg chicken stock
• 1 tsp cornflour
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp soya sauce
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
