• 2 red chilli , seeds removed, cut into strips hoisin sauce , to serve
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp chinese five spice
• 1/2 tsp Korean dried red chilli flakes
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 cloves garlic , finely chopped
• 2 tsp mirin
• 2 star anise
• 70 g sweet potato noodles
• 1/2 tsp sesame oil
• 1/2 tsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
