Guinness and sweet potato cottage pie – Hastes Kitchen

Ingredients

• 500g Minced Beef
• 600ml beef stock
• 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
• 2 x tsp Worcester sauce
• 1-2 Tsp Marmite
• 1 Pinch Salt
• 1 Pinch Pepper
• 1 Tin chopped tomatoes (blitzed)
• 4 x tbsp Tomato Puree
• 4 Large carrots
• 6-8 Sweet Potatoes
• 200g sweetcorn
• 200g frozen peas
• 1 tsp Olive oil
• 3/4 can guinness
• 100g grated cheddar cheese
• 80g mozzarella
