Folláin Drunken Boozy Apples
Our grown up take on this seasonal classic, to be enjoyed when the trick or treaters are all tucked up in bed!
Ingredients
- 6 of Small Bramley cooking apples
- 6 tbsp of Chopped dried apricots
- 6 tbsp of Roughly chopped hazelnuts
- 1 of Large zest of a lemon
- 4 of Heaped tbsp light brown sugar
- 225g of Blackberries
- 1 jar of Folláin Irish cream liqueur caramel sauce
- 50ml of Brandy
