Steers Chicken recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• 1 chicken washed and cut into 10 pieces
• 1 heaped teaspoon Portuguese chicken spice
• Aromat (a South African Spice) to taste
• Red chillie powder to taste
• 1-2 tablespoon crushed garlic
• ¼ cup steers garlic sauce
• ¼ cup steers mustard sauce
• ¼ cup tomato sauce
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• 1-2 tablespoon Steers sweet chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoon worster sauce
• Added 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 2 tablespoon aminas wonder spice butter chicken marinade (paste) to marination. cooked in butter.
