Ingredients

• 2 Large zucchinis, grated
• 1 large onion, finely diced
• 1 cup self-raising flour
• 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your preferred choice)
• 5 eggs
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp Exotic Bazaar’s Lebanese Za'atar spice blend
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 bacon rashes sliced (optional)
