Sweet Potato Casserole – Recipe – Old Salt Merchants

Ingredients

• 3 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Old Salt Merchant's Cyprus salt
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/3 cup oat milk (or whole milk)
• 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup coconut sugar
• 1/4 cup Old Salt Merchants' jamaican ginger sugar
• 1 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon allspice
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
• Two 1- ounce bags of small marshmallows
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger sugar
