- 1 medium carrot, cubed
- 1 celery stick, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 litre chicken stock
- 410 g (1 tin) whole corn kernels, drained
- 500 g frozen seafood mixture
- 200 ml (1 cup) Clover cream
- salt and white pepper to taste
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped chives
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh parsley, finely chopped
