• 1/4 c cup light brown sugar
• 1 1/4 c all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 tbsp. dark, unsweetened cocoa powder
• 11 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 1 c unsalted butter, softened and cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 1/2 c granulated sugar
• 1/2 c light brown sugar, packed
• 5 eggs, room temperature
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 c caramel sauce or dulce de leche
