• 1 cup whipping cream
• 2 packages ( 8 oz each) cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 1/4 cups Crystal Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups + 1 cup blueberries
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 4 tablespoons Crystal Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
• 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon corn starch
• 2 tablespoons water
• Crème Chantilly , optional
