- 150 g granulated sugar
- 1 medium free range egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 350 g plain flour, sieved plus extra for dusting
- 300 g icing sugar, sieved
- 1 tbsp water for the icing
- Yellow, blue and green food colouring
