- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup of olive oil or 1/4 cup butter
- One lb of fettucine noodles
- One a lb of asparagus
- 32 oz of chicken broth
- 1 jar of capers
- zest from 1 lemon
- strained lemon juice
- 1 1/2 lbs of spinach
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 Tbs butter
- Top with diced tomatoes and parmesan cheese
