- 2 tsp olive oil or cooking oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 x 19oz can of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups of baby spinach (Swiss Chard would also be tasty)
- Pinch of chili flakes
- 12 thin slices of provolone cheese
- 6 slices of your favourite bread.
