  • 80ml (¾ cup) olive/avocado oil
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) ground cumin
  • 100g pine nuts
  • 125ml (½ cup) honey
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 100g feta, crumbled
  • 3 celery leaves, to serve
