• 1 lime
• 2 spoons neutral oil (vegetable, peanut, corn, etc.)
• 1 spoon soy sauce
• 1 spoon sugar
• 2 garlic
• 1/2 spoon salt & pepper
• 1 chili (optional)
• 1/4 Cabbage
• 1 Carrot
• 1 sweet pepper
• 1 cucumber
• 2 spoons cashew nuts (optional)
• 2 spoons cilantro or basil leaves (optional)
