• 1 Large Onion, Chopped
• 1 16 Ounce Bag Baby Carrots, Cut Into Slices
• 1.5 Pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes, cut to approximately 1 inch
• 3 Cups Beef Broth
• 1 15 Ounce Can Tomato Sauce
• 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
• 3 Tablespoons Water
