Salted Maple Granola
Salted Maple Granola is the ultimate granola for fall breakfasts. Sweet and salty, crisp and crunchy, it’s the perfect complement to seasonal fruits like pears and apples.
Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat, and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl add the oats, pecans, pepitas, hemp hearts, salt, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
- Stir together the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Add to the dry ingredients, and stir until everything is combined and moistened.
- Transfer the granola mixture to the prepared baking sheet. Spread out into an even layer. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Allow the granola to cool on the baking sheet, which will help it become crisp and crunchy.
- Store in air tight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
