Blueberry Pancakes by Donal Skehan - Flahavan's

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups of Flahavan’s Rolled Oats
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 2 large eggs, separated
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1⁄4 tsp salt
• 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp sunflower oil
• 4 cups of blueberries
• Juice of 2 oranges
• 4 tbsp honey
• 1/2 cup of natural yoghurt, to serve
