Ingredients

• 6 sausages any sausage of your choice
• 6 chorizo sausages
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 2 finely chopped celery sticks
• 1 chopped yellow pepper
• 1 chopped red pepper
• 3 chopped garlic cloves
• ½ tsp of cumin powder
• 1 tbsp of dried thyme
• 1½ tsp Paprika
• 125 ml of white wine
• 2 cans of chopped tomatoes (400 grams)
• 1 cube of chicken stock
• 400 grams can of drained and rinsed beans
• 2 tbsp oil
• Black pepper and salt according to taste
