• 170g Greek yoghurt
• 200g self-raising flour
• Handful of finely chopped mint leaves
• 2 tablespoons soft cream cheese
• 100g salted feta, crumbled
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 minced garlic cloves
• 100g wilted spinach, pressed dry and roughly chopped
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon mint sauce
