• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1 small red bell pepper, diced
• 1 stalk of celery, chopped (including leaves)
• 1 scallion, chopped
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons sweet chili paste or sugar
• 1 teaspoon Sunny Singapore
• 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
• dash of ground black pepper or Sunny Spain Seasoning
• 1/2 pound bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
