Shipwreck Ground Beef Casserole Part 2 – Cook n' Share

Ingredients

• 1 Pound of ground beef
• 1 Small onion, chopped
• 3 Cloves of garlic, chopped
• 2 Cups of frozen hash browns
• 1 Medium can of diced tomatoes
• 1 Can of sweet corn
• 2 Cups of mixed veggies
• 1 Tsp of salt
• 1 1/2 Tsp of ground black pepper
• 1 1/2 Tsp of Italian seasoning
• 1 Tsp of smoked paprika
• 1 - 2 Tbsp of smoky BBQ sauce
• 2 Cups of old cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 Tbsp of chopped parsley for garnish
