- ½ tsp flaky sea salt
- 125g unsalted butter softened
- 200g light brown muscovado sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g pecans toasted and finely chopped
- 200g dark chocolate chopped
