• 4 cod fillets, cooked, spines removed and shredded
• 8 medium potatoes, pre cooked, peeled and sliced
• 2 onions, sliced
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1 bell pepper, cut in strips
• 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
• Parsley (to taste), chopped
• Olive oil (to taste)
• Salt (to taste)
