Ingredients
- 100 Grams pecans
- 2 Tablespoons Chilli Infused Honey Drizzle or truffled honey
- 1 Pinch pink salt flakes
- 50 Grams fresh lemon juice
- 25 Grams pure maple syrup
- 25 Grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- 2 Teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 Bunch silverbeet, leaves sliced thinly, stalks removed
- 2 bravo or red skinned apples, cored and sliced thinly
- 50 Grams parmesan cheese shaved
