• 3 medium mild Italian sausages
• 1 small chopped white onion
• 3 clove chopped garlic
• 1 medium jar marinara sause
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp ground black pepper
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 cup grated cheddar
• 1 cup grated mozzarella
• 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
