• 4 eggs
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cup flour
• 3 1/2 cup currants
• 2/3 cup glace cherries (quartered)
• 1/2 cup mixed fruit peel
• 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
• 2 tablespoon rum, whiskey or brandy
