Creamy Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• Half a chicken or 1-1/2 lbs of chicken meat (with bone and without is just fine)
• 1 medium carrot (roughly cut in three)
• 1 medium onion (peeled)
• 2 L water (may need extra water towards the end)
• 2 large cloves of garlic
• 1 cup of egg noodles
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 TBSP sour cream
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1-1/2 TBSP flour
