• 500 ml (2 cups) peeled and diced potatoes
• 500 ml (2 cups) thinly sliced leek (about 1)
• 60 ml (¼ cup) butter
• 60 ml (¼ cup) unbleached all-purpose flour
• 500 ml (2 cups) diced Spiced Apple Glazed Ham
• 500 ml (2 cups) broccoli florets
• 125 ml (½ cup) milk
• 2.5 ml (½ tsp) dry mustard
• 1 sheet 225 g (½ lb) frozen puff pastry, thawed
• 1 egg yolk
• 15 ml (1 tbsp) water
