• 1 ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
• 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
• salad:
• 1 ½ pounds potatoes peeled, cooked, chopped fine
• 4 ounces macaroni ,cooked, drained,(1 cup)
• ½ cup carrots,shredded
• 3 green onions finely chopped
• 3 eggs,large ,hard boiled, chopped
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper ,to taste
• 3 sweet pickles, coarsely chopped
