Ingredients

• 2-3 leeks (approx. 400 g)
• 100 g onions
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 200 g potatoes
• 150 g apples (preferably Pigeon)
• 6-7 dl vegetable broth
• 1 tsp grated nutmeg
• 2 tsp dried thyme
• 1-2 dl almond milk or other milk
• Salt (freshly ground pepper, and cane sugar)
• Lemon juice
• Fresh thyme
