- 1 onion
- 2 handful spinach
- 1/4 cup rice
- 1/2 cup green peas (frozen)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 L vegetable broth
- a pinch of grated nutmeg
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and black pepper
