Ingredients

• 200g sirloin steak
• 1 onion, quartered
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 dried chillies (guajillo, pasillas, or chipotle work)
• 10 cherry tomatoes
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 lime, juice
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• Salt and pepper
• 50g coriander, finely chopped
• 2 spring onions, finely chopped
• 1 green chilli, finely chopped
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp cider vinegar
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1/4 white cabbage, shredded
• 2 tbsp sour cream
• 1 tbsp green salsa
• Corn tortillas
• Grated mozzarella
