Ingredients

• 210g plain flour (Lamb brand)
• 180g caster sugar (Lamb brand)
• 200ml ginger beer (Grace– SPA)
• 75g vegetable oil (Borges)
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 3 tbsp icing sugar (Lamb brand)
• 1-2 tbsp extra ginger beer
• Preserved stem ginger to decorate
