Soft Cooked Eggs –
Regardless of the number of eggs, the cook time remains the same – making this an easy way to feed a crowd!
Ingredients
- 250ml water
- 3 eggs
- 200ml additional very cold water
- 8.75fl. oz water
- 7fl. oz additional very cold water
- Step 1 Pour the water into the pot, and then insert the reversible rack in the low steam position. Stack the desired number of eggs on the rack.
- Step 2 Assemble the pressure lid, making sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position. Select PRESSURE and set to HIGH. Set time to 3 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.
- Step 3 When pressure cooking is complete, quick release the pressure by moving the pressure release valve to the VENT position. Carefully remove lid when unit has finished releasing pressure.
- Step 4 For medium cooked eggs, simply allow the pressure to natural release for 5 minutes before manually releasing the pressure.
- Step 5 Pour cold water over the eggs to prevent them from overcooking.
- Step 6 Serve the eggs directly from the pot, which will keep any reserved eggs warm. Enjoy!
