• 20 g Western Star Original Butter , plus extra for greasing
• 1 onion, chopped
• 150 g pancetta, chopped
• 3 large zucchini, grated
• 1 2/3 (150 g) Perfect Italiano™ 4 Cheese Melt
• 150 g self-raising flour
• 6 eggs
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1/3 cup chopped herbs
• Salt and pepper, to taste
